Developer required to create database system for online media business

Small online media company looking to improve how we store and manage data within our business. Likely going to be an Access database storing:
- Website owner database
- Clients
- Prospects
- Employers
- Accounts (we use Sage) Looking at possible integration
Also looking at creating a workflow management system to manage client campaigns from proposal to delivery stage. It is likely this will be integrated with the website.

Preferably someone lcoated in London in order to set up a face to face meeting.
Would likely be fixed price agreement after scoping stage.
