The overarching requirement of the ERTS is to “develop an interactive web-based election results portal, to be hosted (Godaddy preferred) and managed within an off-the-shelve Content Managed System (Latest Version CMS – Joomla preferred), which can be used to present graphical results (Fusion Charts preferred) of elections on the front-end of the CMS and in addition offer a colour-coded interactive representation to a country map (Initially Ghana map – Fusion Maps preferred)”.
