Develop an existing HTML programme

Develop an existing HTML programme to include improved user interface and functionality.

Current system functions adequately but the user interface in clunky and not pretty.

Clear on what I want but need a programmer to make it happen.

The current system has fairly 'individual' coding and will take some time to get used to - not well set out and not clearly marked.

Finally once completed there will be an ongoing support contract to manage problems and improvements going forward.
