Develop a website

I need an application similar to http://www.peopleperhour.com. It should strictly follow the functionality of the referenced site. If you cannot do it completely, please don't bid.

You should have enough experience (not less than 2 yrs) in Yii framework or joomla and a similar project. I don't want a list of projects that you have done to be submitted by the bidder. You should specify relevant project you have done, only - 1 or 2.

READ CAREFULLY -|- POINTS TO BE REMEMBERED

1. Use Yii framework and in latest version OR build it as a joomla component. You can choose from the 2 options available.
2. Simple style or design is needed for the application
3. I will give 3 months for the developer to do this.
4. We have to discuss and finalize it.
5. You should provide a detailed description of the project.
6. Your bid should contain the word jplayin in the first line, else will be rejected at once.
7. I will check the overall coding structure and its performance, whether it is Yii or joomla.
8. I prefer a fixed rate for this project. My maximum budget is 1500 USD. I will choose a low priced quality bidder.
