Requiring a website designer with conversion rate optimisation expertise.
www.skiweekender.com was built last year. The site is built in wordpress, php and css. It has a conversion rate (visitors to enquiry or booking) of 1.5%.
We would now like to engage an experienced website designer with a background in commercial conversion rate optimisation and usability expertise to apply a more polished finish and improve overall conversion rate. Experience of ski company websites a bonus.
The work falls into 3 areas:
1) Improve overall design, user experience and conversion rate.
2) Add a blog section
3) Improve mobile and tablet version of site.
Attached is a detailed breakdown of what we want to achieve in these 3 areas, and basic concepts where required. This is to be used to give you a clear idea of the scope of the project aims, to allow you to quote accurately. Our budget is a guideline only.
The project will no doubt start with a phone conversation to discuss the areas below in detail. We hope you will also provide your critical input and suggestions in the creation of the final designs to ensure that design/conversion rate best practices are implemented.
Timeline for completion: End September 2012.
