Description
Experience Level: Expert
My project is a rather unique site to aid all aspects of someone’s job search. Unfortunately, the company I initially approached has gone into liquidation leaving me minus my deposit although all the planning and preparation previously done means it is very near , if not at, the coding stage.
I am now more determined than ever to make my site happen, although I am also mindful that my budget has now been affected pending any return of my deposit. With this in mind I have decided to grow and build the site \'organically\' and whereas previously I requested a totally bespoke site I now realise I may have to use an off-the-shelf forum with some bespoke pages to act as a sort of wrapper to form the website. My original plan included a job board to be integrated into the site or built bespoke, but again, I’m not sure if this could be covered in my remaining budget now. As the site grows and my finances improve, I would look to make the site more bespoke.
I have a very detailed site map and flow which shows every aspect and how it all links together. I also have a logo and typeface/colouring for the main page - although this may need altering slightly
To surmise, here are the main features required:
* Possible integration of a job board • either ready built’ software or bespoke. This may involve the requirement to import vacancies in XML format
* Integration of four totally separate forums
* Downloads - PDF and Word examples of CV\'s, Psychometric tests etc
* On line mailing system
* Banner advertising facility
* Full content management system with ability to edit and update in the backend
* \'Tweaking\' of logo to be integrated into the site
* Ability to add/remove unlimited links in various pages of the site
