Hi,
I\'m assembling a team for my startup Media Company. I’m firstly searching for an experienced web developer or team who has the time and commitment to join my startup as the CTO (Chief Technology Officer) to design and develop three websites.
1. The company website-A simple flash site with 10 pages (content and pictures provided)
2-Our 1st project using either Jomsocial for market testing or make it from a bespoke programme (Draft designs provided with full site brief).
3- My personal entrepreneur website from a flash template I can provide (content and pictures provided)
Unfortunately due to timewasters I cannot discuss the project in-depth until we have met in person and got through due diligence as this project is very sensitive and has the potential to be very lucrative to all concerned (Profounders Capital willing to invest once proof of concept has been ascertained)
What I can say is I’m building a team to work for my media company that specialises in the pursuit and promotion of talent for the Entertainment industry in the UK. We will be using a dynamic combination of online and traditional social platforms and widgets to deliver a range of high quality services and marketing tools. We WILL be the 1st and only company in the UK offering this type of service so we need to act fast before the niche is filled to enable 1st mover advantage!
We need to launch by May 2010 the latest and I have everything else in place, I just need you the people with the skill and talent that can make it happen.
In return I offer equity in the online business and Milestone payment in kind once we reach year 1.
Please in the first instance show your interest by dropping me a mail with your credentials and any projects you’ve headed or overseen.
If you match what I’m looking for, a meeting will be set up either near you or in my London office where we can discuss the needs of the project and if we still agree after due diligence I’ll accept your bid on this site (at no instance will we circumvent this site) for the design aspect and development can start from there.
This project can be done remotely so we will only meet at first instance and at milestone stages for signoffs etc.
Once my CTO has been found I’ll be assembling the remainder of the team that will include:
• COO
• Html web developer
• Talent Director
• Marketing Director
• Sales team
• Secretary
• Head of Lead development
• Freelance web content writers 16 in total (1 for each talent category)
• Web support

Due to the need to meet I only accept bids from a UK based provider, location is non important within reason.
