Hi, after speaking to a few business I have decided to look more into freelance web designers. I need a Photography website built, My target audience will be toward portraiture and event photography, to give you an idea what content I will require this website is a good idea
www.cp-photos.com
However I have a different idea on how I would like the homepage to look, please see this link for an idea
www.sjlwebdesign.co.uk/portfolio
I will try to be as specific as I can with this so you are fully aware of what I need to make a well informed decision.
Things I cannot do without:
1. The website has to have a log in panel as seen in the first link for my customers to be able to log into their own private area to view their pictures.
2. The website has to have a way for my customers to ‘book a session’ with me
3. The website has to cover the whole width of the screen, I am not keen on the page look.
4. The website needs to have a twitter and facebook ‘like/follow’ link
5. The website needs to have the banner at the top as seen in link two with my pictures scrolling through.
6. The website needs to have a terms and conditions area.
Things Id like but could potentially do without:
1. A way for my customers to be able to purchase their pictures in different sizes at different costs direct from the site, ideally via paypal.
2. A way to stop people from right clicking and saving their images from the website.
3. A way to watermark the images automatically.
I hope I haven’t been to specific here and scared everyone off. I just want you to have a clear understanding of what I need so you can make an informed decision when placing a bid.
I will be honest with you, I am a young-ish guy (25) and at the same time as setting up this business I am also getting my first mortgage, so the price is quite important right now.
I’m a friendly guy and wont be to difficult to work with.
Here’s looking forward to seeing some replys
Leon
EDIT: If it makes a difference, I have already bought the domain name and will purchase the hoasting prior to you starting the build. not sure if it makes a difference or not but worth a mention.
