Experience Level: Intermediate
Require fresh eyes and the assistance of designers with web and mobile experience to improve on our website design for www.softpaws.co.uk - and recommending ideas on how the website content can be presented better to help improve the customer journey.
We have 3 websites including softpaws.co.uk - all 3 websites have the same offering, so design concept should be similar with a refreshed look.
Provide visual concepts for designs which can be used across 3 websites.


Aim
Ensure softpaws.co.uk presented in a way that optimises the customer's journey, where customers can see at first glance - what the product is, what it does, the key benefits etc - and information is easily found throughout the site - and ultimately increasing sales.


Requirements
- Recommendations on improving www.softpaws.co.uk design
- Visual concepts for a design/template that can be adapted to our other websites
- The concept/template should inform, educate and keep customers interested
- Knowledge in sales and customer journey
- Illustrator and animation skills preferable
- You will be liaising with our in-house designer
