Hi
I have the following mysql table in my database
CREATE TABLE `seourls` (
`path` varchar(255) NOT NULL,
`url` varchar(255) NOT NULL,
PRIMARY KEY (`path`)
) ENGINE=MyISAM DEFAULT CHARSET=utf8;
Records in this table will be as follow:
INSERT INTO `seourls` (`path`, `url`) VALUES ('building-and-construction', 'halls_en.php?fairid=64'),
('online-fair-platform', 'articles.php?artid=89'),
('add-your-company', 'articles_en.php?artid=89'),
('rough-construction', 'companies_en.php?fairid=64&ehallid=118');
You get the picture...one field hold the url that I want to be rewritten, and the other field hold the url that I want to be displayed.
I have the following php file named url_rewrite.php
function get_path() {
$url = $_SERVER["REQUEST_URI"];
$startpath=mysql_result(mysql_query("SELECT path FROM seourls WHERE url='$url'"),0,"path");
// $startpath is now holding the keyword
}
Now i need .htaccess code that will rewrite the urls.
Fell free to change the table structure if you think that is not structured well enough, fell free to change the url_rewrite.php file and to amend the code, and write me the .htaccess.
Project MUST BE structured like this: database table to be read from, php file that fetch the data from the table, and .htaccess file. I don't need online tools, I don't need partial solutions, I want reusable solution.
Before to bid, please ensure that you can do the job.
Regards,Zoran
