Toggle list view / Grid view
Enable / Disable Book / Cancel button
Improve popup position - show hide
Firefox compatibility - splash position on login / Invoices / Shipments
Courier Search consigments - date picker in wrong position / Excel button too small for text / No space between grey line and AWB field / Style reset button
