We require 4 well crafted CSS/HTML web pages for use as a templates for a new site. They are a simple 1, 2 or 3 column design with a header and footer. There are a few other buttons and a menu required too. See the attached PDF for the finer details.
The main requirement is that they are well written, easy to maintain and compatible with all the main browsers.
Please no quick and nasty WYSIWYG deliveries, this needs to ideally be hand crafted.
