Wordpress website with client log in to bespoke pages

I have a server with a WordPress website ready to go.

What we would like is for someone to design a website that has a bespoke login page for our clients to log in and view images from their construction projects. The project content is to only be able to be viewed by the user the account holder for the project.

We will be looking at a 360 imagery plugin for the website that will allow for us to make tours of the property that will be managed by us. The imagery plugin is - https://rextheme.com/wpvr/#demo-tour

If you can think of an alterative 360 imagery plugin that has the same functionality as that, then we are more than welcome to review this option.

I have a lot of knowledge of creating WordPress websites and plugins, just lack the time to build this ourselves so we would like someone that we can have an ongoing relationship with and that can produce more work in the future.
