The site will require a clean, editorial-style layout inspired by contemporary foundation and corporate websites, with strong attention to typography, visual balance, and smooth navigation.

Key features:
- A visually rich homepage with full-width frames, clickable image sections, and structured content blocks.
- Sections dedicated to Identity/Who We Are, including a hero image, institutional presentation, downloadable documents (e.g., statutes), and fixed contact form.
- A structured Projects area, including project categories and individual project pages managed as custom post types, with templates similar to high-end editorial layouts.
- A section for corporate and transparency documents, organized in a clear, simple format.
