I’ve broken down the project into phases, let me know if you have questions:

Phase 1: Keyword Research & Audits [We’re Here]

We went through the whole website and indicate what needs to change not only from an SEO perspective but in terms of performance, user experience and user interface, all these were recorded in the audit and exported into sub-reports for the developer to refer to while implementing the fixes.
I’m working on the keyword research which will be essential to optimize apply most of the content related edits and the meta data.

Phase 2: Applying Meta-Data/Quick Fixes/Technical Fixes

We need the involvement of a developer, designer and a copywriter, they will go through the documents I shared and implement them bit by bit, with me monitoring to ensure all is in place of course.
These fixes will fast-track the exposure of website because they’re quite easy to implement and don’t require any third-party integrations

Phase 3: Adding in Content

Phase three can actually move with phase 2
This will involve me creating the content calendars and kickstarting the blogs
Blogs will be uploaded on a monthly basis starting mid-March from the looks of it.

Phase 4: Implementing additional Features

When all quick fixes are done, and third party integrations are settled phase 4 can begin.
This phase is crucial for a seamless user experience, and it is exactly what the website need to make it stand out
This is where we can also focus on driving more paid traffic to the website by conducting search and social campaigns.
