I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to complete my website using the North Theme.

This project has previously been advertised, and unfortunately I wasted a considerable amount of time with applicants who either did not read the brief properly or attempted to increase the budget after making contact.

**The budget is fixed and will not be changed.**

All files, images, logos, content, and website assets have already been prepared and organised into clearly labelled folders. The project should therefore be straightforward for someone who is competent and experienced with WordPress.

Please tell me exactly what login details and access you require to begin work (WordPress Admin, Hosting, FTP, etc.).

I am looking for someone who can follow instructions, communicate clearly, and complete the project efficiently without unnecessary delays or complications.
