# WordPress Website Completion Required – North Theme

Please read this advert carefully before applying.

I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer to complete my website using the North Theme.

This project has previously been advertised, and unfortunately I wasted a considerable amount of time with applicants who either did not read the brief properly or attempted to increase the budget after making contact.

**The budget is fixed and will not be changed.**

If you feel the budget is not suitable for the work involved, please do not apply. I am not interested in receiving applications from individuals who intend to provide a higher quotation after reviewing the project.

All files, images, logos, content, and website assets have already been prepared and organised into clearly labelled folders. The project should therefore be straightforward for someone who is competent and experienced with WordPress.

Please tell me exactly what login details and access you require to begin work (WordPress Admin, Hosting, FTP, etc.).

I am looking for someone who can follow instructions, communicate clearly, and complete the project efficiently without unnecessary delays or complications.

    Can you share the URL?
    - if no, can you advise the domain name and if the domain and hosting is with the same provider?
    - if the domain and hosting are not with the same provider, can you share the domain Registrar and hosting provider?

    Can you expand on the content in relation to the number of pages / posts and if e-Commerce, number of products?

    It is assumed that all assets are web ready and the content can be used by copying and pasting you will provide.
    - if not, please do advise

    From your responses, a proposal can be considered that can offer you recommendations; timeline and cost (allowing for your suggested fixed cost).
