Wordpress website

I\'m looking for someone to create a wordpress based website from a template. Design skin and graphics for home page and include setster widget or similar booking payment widget.. To set up hosting, e mail and provide website ready for use. The website is for a new project teaching the art of mindfulness meditation as a life style personal development tool.
