I reviewed the Wix template provided by the client (https://www.wix.com/marketplace/template/view/live/a66400d4-5c35-4a3c-9e00-925bdc5ef3c3) and successfully recreated the complete design on WordPress, including full mobile responsiveness.

I completed the project according to the client’s requirements and ensured that the layout, design, and overall structure closely match the original template. The site was built carefully to reflect the same visual appearance and user experience across devices.

Despite delivering the work, the client refused to make the payment and claimed that the quality was poor, without providing any clear or constructive feedback. From my perspective, the work meets the agreed standards and was delivered in good faith.

It appears that the client’s intention was to receive the completed work without making payment. Additionally, the client requested a refund, which was unfortunately approved by PeoplePerHour, even though the work had already been completed and delivered.

I believe this situation is unfair, as I fulfilled my responsibilities and provided the agreed service. I would also advise other freelancers to be cautious and avoid working on this client’s projects based on my experience.
