Wordpress Web Upgrade

We have a functional website at present however it needs updating etc., The website is retailling equestrian clothing, saddlery and ski wear.

It needs at least another two pages to include a "contact us" and "about us" with google map and directions, also company history etc which would show that we have a shop here as well. These two new buttons would also need to appear on the cover page.

The main navigation drop down menus cover two lines instead of one.
There is a banner which rotates that we would need to take better advantage of with photos of shop, special offers etc., Some of the buttons would need to be more "clikable" to entice customers to actually make the sale.

There is a similiar company with a design which we like. We need someone with more ideas that can look at our website and make it more customer friendly.

Also the terms and conditions need to be put into place. Paypal is already in use.

We would also need someone on an ongoing basis to review it, for support and changes etc.,
