Wordpress site designer needed!

I would like a website that looks similar to this - http://www.oliversteeds.com/
Notes:
I don't need a front page like he has.
So open up on Home Page which is also the blog. This will have to have
previous entries or categories eventually as this will be continuous.
Video - Videos that are held on you tube or vimeo. I would like them to look like his so you can see the video image with text underneath and then they pop up to play the video.
Photos - Either individual shots or albums if possible. These could also be held on flickr if need be.
Biography - Some text
Contact - Some text

No need for twitter update on the page
Would be good to have small photos on the side like he has on contacts
page (to replace twitter site). Could have these on a few pages if
poss. All photos/videos/ text need to be updatable easily
Only if affordable in quoted price....
Would be good if facebook/ flicker and RSS feeds worked. Not so
bothered about twitter.... Is it possible when i
post a blog on my website, that the same info is placed on FB?

Also I would like a basic business card design that looks the same as my website. This is additional and to be discussed.

I have domain name and word press set up already.
