Wordpress Site Design: move from existing Wix site, improved design, responsiveness

Hi there,

My client requires a website redesign; around 10 pages in total.

Definitely Wordpress; priorities being:
1) Improved professional / businesslike design
2) Device responsiveness
3) Reliable, quality theme(s)
4) SEO friendly
5) Use of common techniques e.g. slider

Pleased quote for:
1) Design and build, for which client will have to approve realistic thumbnails/sketches etc.
2) Recommend hosting and then port over domain name from Wix
3) Improve the design elements of the site. In particular, formalise frequently-used elements on the page, e.g. boxouts, quotes/testimonials, galleries and slideshows etc.
4) Include a blog, separate to the main site content; which I guess for Wordpress means a subset of posts which show in a particular way. (This page http://www.a2bexcellence.com/#!top-tips/cvs9 will become the blog)
5) Mobile-friendly

Extra notes: Please quote for all of the above in a bundle – basically I want to:
• Get a new site live
• And have someone I can work with to keep it fresh when I need it (when I get stuck amending it for myself...)
