Wordpress remodelling Job

My project is the remodelling of my site:


Im looking for a cleaner look and feel along the lines of www.socialnomics.com

I need a number of suggestions of the type of site you can produce for me.

You must be capable of using Digital access pass which is the software I am using to control the backend. I.e. for the internal members area, shopping cart . The Members area is reasonable straight forward.

WhatI need is someone to work with me from a graphical point of view to make my site look clean and fantastic.

There are a number things I would invite you to provide me:

1. Examples of relevance sites that might fit my need - don't spam me with irrelevant stuff.
2. Ideally a mock up one page to show me what you can do
3. Your approach to this project - the steps.
4. A price for the remodelling work and an hourly rate for going forward.
5. Your time scale - I need this done in the next 1-2 weeks.
6. Communication is really important to me so the ability to talk in Skype or the telephone in English is a must ...I tried Email and it does not work for me.

Im not looking for a template site those I can do myself .

Skills: wordpress, Css, Digital Access pass( or willingness to learn this), dreamweaver, photophop

Im looking for a long term relationship someone that can look after my site going forward. So the work will be the initial remodelling then we can talk about and ongoing working relationship.
