Wordpress plug in and design help needed

I have a 80% built wordpress website that i need help added a few features and plugins.

I need a designer who can choose the correct plug in to allow me to display a simple staff and events list that is only searchable to registered visitors to my site.

I have a mentoring website that i want to display the mentors and mentoring events to only registered / paying visitors.
I have had someone working on this that i feel did not have the expertise or time to produce what i want. Can you?

The site www.illmentoryou.com is built and functioning but it is missing the correct plug in to provide what i need.

what i want for a visitor to the site:

1.register
2. pay registration fee
3. view the mentors and events
4. select and send a message to our admin regarding a specific mentor or event.

I would also require 2 x seperate fillable form links that one can be completed by visitors interested in becoming a mentor and one link used for event submission by external mentors or mentoring companies.
These forms should contain a send link that can be used to internally email the submitted info to our admin for review and display on our site.

If you can meet my EXACT requirements asap please submit your proposal.
