Wordpress - homepage redesign

Hi

We want a few changes made to the homepage of our current Wordpress site -

Redesigning:
We want the home page redesigning. We want to keep the same content but want more images and visualize guides. We feel the home page is 'text heavy'. The previous designer didn't use many other images which we feel lets the website down
We have example websites we can direct you to and give you access to a bank of our own product images.

We want to leave the design work predominantly with you as this is your area of expertise! But we will provide some guidance. This page will be very elegant, professional and sleek. from the first couple of seconds on the website we want visitors to become very interested in our product.

Our current homepage 'bounce' rate is high, we feel this can be reduced by redesigning the home page.
