Wordpress Food truck ordering and collection system

I need a Wordpress expert to help us add a Menu, Order/Payments Collection system to an existing website.
Client has a mobile woodfired pizza food truck -
Customer should be able to go to the website
Choose their collection location
Browse the Pizza menu, select food, add extra toppings etc,
Pay (square system if possible as they already have that in place),
Choose a collection time (8 minute slots) between parameters eg 4.30pm - 9.30pm
Currently the food truck is visiting 4 towns per week one each night for four nights and that is the bit that we are finding difficulty addressing.
The locations will be added to as they gain permissions from other towns and towns may change over time.
The system needs to be simple and transparent so they can largely update, make changes themselves.
We were looking at the Restropress system that seemed to do most of it but it doesn't facilitate the varying collection locations.
