Wordpress Customization of Template

I want to customize appearance of wordpress template.

I have a developer\'s license and wish to change the appearance of this template

I plan to use this on many towns and areas and will require each site to look different from each other.

1 job to start with, will have ongoing requirement for wordpress customization.

1. Design background image
2. Create graphic to replace the pinpoint before \"Geoplaces\" in logo area and will also use this as favicon.
3. Replace the current logo GEOPLACES with Text rather than a graphic of these words. Also under GEOPLACES in logo area where \"philedelphia, PA\" appear to create text with external links.
4. Use text under the search boxes for external links
5. Change some of text instructions on \"add listing page\"
6. Use image I provide for header area. ( a photo with opacity reduced)

Please provide price on work as detailed above and offer an additional price for any optional extras you think would improve this template.
