Wordpress CSS designer

I need a wordpress CSS deisgner to make additional modifications to my website for Desktop and mobile version. Tasks such as spacing elements of pages correctly and optimising image and page layout for mobile viewing.

Ongoing work, we also require some marketing work including new business cards, forms and terms and conditions layout so we are seeking a multi skilled freelancer.
