Wordpress clone of thinkwithgoogle

I have a nearly completed project to replicate this site using Wordpress but haven't a clue how to work the sidebar due to my lack of knowledge on JQuery. If I can give somebody the files so they can complete the site I will appreciate it and will pay for the time. If you prefer to start from scratch this is also fine. Link below:
