WordPress build with SEO/AEO/GEO schema for counselling practise

I'm looking for an experienced WordPress developer to redesign and rebuild the website for Thrive Counselling Centre — a BACP-registered private counselling practice based in Central Milton Keynes, serving clients across Milton Keynes, Bedford and Northampton, as well as online across the UK.


The current site is on GoDaddy - https://thrivecounsellingcentre.com/ - and needs a full rebuild from scratch. A detailed design brief will be provided covering brand identity, colour palette, reference sites, page structure, homepage layout, photography guidance, and full technical requirements.

Content from my current site should be used - I'm not looking for a full re-write.

After launch, I will need to edit content independently without developer help. How do you structure your Elementor Pro builds and handovers to maker this possible?

WHAT THE PROJECT INVOLVES


- Approximately 12–15 pages including individual service pages (anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, couples counselling, online counselling), location landing pages for Milton Keynes, Bedford, Northampton, Online, About, Fees, Blog, and Contact/Book

- Mobile-first responsive design built in WordPress

- GDPR-compliant contact forms with cookie consent (UK PECR compliant)

- Full schema markup implemented at build — not bolted on afterwards. Required types: LocalBusiness, Person, Service, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, and BlogPosting on all posts.

- Internal linking strategy followed throughout — service pages cross-linked, location pages linked to services with location-specific anchor text, blog posts linked to relevant service pages, breadcrumb navigation on all inner pages

- Fast page load speed with optimised images

- Google Analytics 4 setup and Search Console verification

- SSL, HTTPS, and accessibility to WCAG AA standard

- BACP membership badge displayed correctly

- Social Media icons displayed correctly
