Accident & Incident - Report and Investigation
We are looking to develop a section of our existing website to allow staff to log Accident or Incident on our online platform, Site Connect. https://site-connect.co.uk/
Site Connect is a company platform that allows staff to complete online forms to send information to the office from various construction site locations in the UK.
The platform is built in WordPress and already has a number of sections to the site. This is an active site and has been running for a number of years.
The development of these forms are to match our existing styles and follow similar rules for type fonts and buttons used. Assets can/should be reused from other forms on the platform.
We require a step-by-step process to be carried out by members of staff in the order shown on the PDF supplied.
There are two parts when logging information, Step 2, Record Event (Step 1 has already happened when attending to an Accident or Incident), then Step 3, Investigate Event, finishing with Step 4, Share Report.
User access
• Step 2, Record Event - should be accessible by all users.
• Step 3, Investigate Event – should be accessible by Administrator user roles Only.
• Step 4, Share Report – should be accessible by Administrator user roles Only.
Items to create;
• Forms for Step 2, Record Event
• Forms for Step 3, Investigate Event
• Forms for Step 4, Share Report
• Admin Dashboard to be created.
Throughout the pdf are RED TEXT pointers and comments, these should help when understanding which cells are used in each step.
Please provide a quote for this, along with an expected duration for the development to be created, tested and signed off.
