Word Press Template Design

Design Requirements:
* The niche is educational institute.(Cannot disclose the name!)
* The design should be funky & vibrant and not professional & dull.

Functional Requirements:
* Visitors can view content without registering.
* The users must be logged in if they want to comment or post anything on the blog.
* Registrations are limited to students only.(Check the email address used to register and send a validation link to the email address). There should be an existing plugin which does this exact thing!
* Post will be made under multiple categories.

We require only the template for the Blog.
