I'm looking for an experienced Wix designer to rebuild my existing property investment website (www.ravacdevelopment.com) as a professional multi-page site.

This is a fully scoped, implementation-only project. I am providing:
— A complete interactive HTML prototype showing every page, layout, and interaction
— A detailed Word document with all copy, field labels, and section-by-section Wix instructions
— Brand colours, logo file, and property photography
— Access to the existing Wix site

You will not need to write copy or make design decisions. Everything is specified.

Scope:
6 pages: Home, About, Services, Properties, Property Detail, and Contact — plus shared navigation and footer.

Key technical requirements:
— Wix CMS collection for property listings with a Dynamic Page template (so new listings can be added from the dashboard)
— Properties index page built with a Wix Repeater
— Fixed navigation bar with two dropdown menus
— Lead-capture lightbox modal triggered by property CTA buttons
— Wix Form with 7 fields connected to my email
— Unique SEO meta title and description per page
— Fully mobile responsive

    - Regarding the Wix CMS property collection, what specific property fields should be included within the database?

    - For the lead-capture lightbox modal, what should happen after a user submits the form? Should users receive a confirmation message, be redirected to a thank-you page, receive an automated email response, or trigger any CRM integration?

    Hi Romola,

    Before starting, I would like to confirm:

    1. Are the property enquiry forms intended to send email notifications only, or should submissions also be stored within Wix CRM?

    2. Will the CMS require property categories/statuses (Available, Sold, Under Offer, etc.)?

    3. Do the dropdown menu structures already exist in the prototype, or should they be recreated from the current site navigation?
