Wix help for short-term rental website (direct bookings)

Hi!
I’m a chef starting a short-term rental and I’m already listed on Airbnb & Booking.com.

I’m looking for someone experienced with short-term rental websites to help me build my Wix site and walk me through it as we go.
What I need:
Wix experience specifically for rentals / hotels
Direct bookings + payments on the site
Calendar sync via Smoobu (or similar channel managers)
Clean, simple UX (template-based)

This is collaborative — I want to learn and manage the site myself after.
If you’ve worked with rentals before, please share an example.
