Wheelchair Transport Site

I set up www.wheelchairtaxi.ie in January of this year with the aim of making it easier for wheelchair users to find wheelchair accessible transport. I now want to take it to the next level and incorporate many more features so I'm looking to get a full new site designed using the existing site as a guide. I need the following –
• New site designed from scratch using existing site as a guide
• Accessibility features incorporated to a high standard
• Content management system
• Redesign of the homepage
• Incorporate advertising
• 3 register options - wheelchair user, taxi driver, other transport provider
• Take Payment
o Taxi Drivers - option of a free listing or a premium listing. Premium listings appear above free listings in search results and have unlimited photos. Option for six months or one year.
o Other accessible transport - subscription only with two options, six months or a one-year subscription.
o Featured listing option which for a small fee displays the vehicle on the homepage in a featured slideshow
• 2 search functions – 1 for wheelchair taxis done by county and area, 1 for other accessible transport by type of transport and County only.
• Add a news/media page.
• Update of the areas covered
• User accounts
o Wheelchair user with the ability to leave feedback and save their favourite drivers.
o Transport providers with the ability to modify their listings, change the times they work etc.
• Transfer current listings to the new site.
• Newsletter designed.

I am a wheelchair user myself and this is something very close to my heart. This site is something that can have a real social impact on wheelchair users all across the country improving their lives for the better. I look forward to receiving your quotes.
