Website UI Design + Logo

I'm looking for someone who can create a website UI for developers to follow when implementing. I'm not looking for you to actually implement the design, but just design it, pass me the files and colours so my developers can follow the design when developing. This includes the header, menu, footer, font styles, and body, though obviously the header, menu and footer will be the same on all the pages, it'll just be the body that'll change with the different content. This also includes a logo design.

There is approximately 5 pages that are required currently (will have more in the future), all content such as images and text I'll supply unless it's something I ask you to design an image:

- Home Page - Will contain text and images
- Registration - Currently will just be a way to subscribe to updates so text and email address field
- About Us - Text and images
- Roadmap - Text and images
- FAQ - Text

I have a few ideas in my head but would like to talk to someone and work with someone to help put those into a nice, professional and clean design.

Please could you send previous examples of your work relating to web UI design. This also includes a logo design.
