Website template

I would like a new website temaplate, something that says "Highly Professional" whilst not over serious I would like it to look clean so that people will look at it and think "Hmmm, I would trust them" just from the first look! Not all in one colour please mix it up a bit.

Extremely & low budget so please do not bid if you require a high pay as I will look else where for someone! I

I am willing to pay tonight if the project is complete! I would like to have a view before I pay and if there are thing I dislike to have them changed so you must be able to allow me to moderate it!
