Website Speed Optimization

I would like my WordPress website speed to be optimized to for all the Pages URLs including blogs links with higher scores from sites like Google PageSpeed Insights. The website is build on Consultox theme. The work will include proper configuration of the Consultox theme, as well as implementing various speed optimizations. Key areas of focus are enabling performance optimizations in the theme options, optimizing image file sizes and formats, leveraging a content delivery network for faster asset loading, and ensuring the mobile experience is optimized by utilizing Consultox's built-in responsive design features. Working knowledge of the Consultox theme, HTML, CSS and basic PHP is required to complete these optimizations. The goal is to achieve faster load times, higher scores from sites like Google PageSpeed Insights and improved user experience, both on desktop and mobile devices.
Candidates should have experience optimizing websites for speed and be able to provide examples of past projects where significant performance gains were achieved. Please provide your proposed strategy and estimated timeline to complete this project within your response.
