Who is your main target audience, and what is the primary action you want visitors to take?

1/ Are you mainly looking for a visual refresh, or do you also want improvements to navigation, content structure, performance, SEO, and mobile usability?

2/ What content and website sections need to be retained or updated? Should all existing pages and content remain, or are you planning to remove, combine, or add any pages?
