Website refresh

I'm looking to refresh my current site. Here's the URL:

While I'm happy with the colours, logo, and simple clean look / feel, these are my objectives:

1. Update the slideshow header, remove a couple of slides and tweak 1 or 2 of the others just to make the message harder hitting and simpler.

2. Tidy up the footer, keep Twitter (maybe a different feed as the current one doesn't fit with the rest of the design) and Blog but remove Newsletter and Quote Form. Instead add in a 'Special Offer panel with a 'call to action' that's easy for me to change every few weeks with a new offer.

3. Get rid of the Case Studies section and have a 'See our work' section possibly with capacity for video.

4. Get rid of the 'Translation' page and change to 'Video scripts' (with capacity to show video on the 'Video scripts' page). Get rid of 'Tone of Voice' page.

5. Optimisation to make the site responsive and easy to browse via mobile and tablet.

6. Any additional ideas you think could really enhance and improve the site. Perhaps even a theme change, if you have a good idea I'll listen.

Brief is I want the site to remain clean, classy, simple, but I want it to work smarter and harder. I'd prefer it if you're based in London (if possible) and you'd need to be a creative intelligent web-savvy designer with positive feedback who sticks to budget and delivers on time.

When quoting please bear in mind that this is a new company and I need you to be competitive.
