Website redesign - Wordpress

We need a Wordpress website redesign, we have an initial draft.
The current website address is www.cdrsample.com

We are looking for a long time collaboration if this project works well.

The Wed designer must be:

- Experienced with Wordpress
- Attention to details
- The web designer should be able to implement an improved payment system
- Timely delivery to agreed scope
- Able to come up with creative ideas
- Excellent communication

Please provide 2 examples of your recent Wordpress site work (exactly 2 examples, whoever provides more or no examples, will not be considered. We will be checking that the design is done by you with the site owners).

The project only has a limited budget.
