Website redesign

We would like a redesign of our website (elearning company)

• site is currently approximately 12 pages. Existing content to be used, plus some additions (approx 3 more pages).
• must be accessible (prefer not to use automated tools like dreamweaver)
• clean, simple professional look and feel
• we would make minor updates (news updates, testimonials, products launched etc) ourselves going forward, and do not necessarily need cms built in as we can code HTML ourselves.
• XHTML/CSS (Knowledge of HTML 5 advantageous as we have further requirements in the pipeline)
• no ecommerce requirements
• ability to cleanly show demos of products, screenshots (online training modules) from website.
• we do not want the site to be full of unnecessary flash, but would like the home page to be engaging.

Our priority is to have a high quality professional website, so please provide examples of previous builds. We are very likely to use successful bidder for future work in our elearning projects.
