Website Redesign

I looking for a self employed person to refresh my website http://motorsporttrade.com/ , change the entire website theme colour and upgrade a few things on the home page. I have included an image to give an indication of how I would like to look like.

Changes include;

Change website colour theme: Backgroung #e6ebea | Font colour #616566 and Links #f55b2c

Add the 'Logistics' Category below 'Tools & Accessories' on the left menu.

Remove Banner ‘free listing’ and delete Page http://motorsporttrade.com/listning.php, instead replace with the 'Easy to navigate...' banner

Remove black border from the all website images

Add recently added items to the home page (like image attached) and to work on a rotating system where it move to the next item automatically.

Change the feature Item size and position and functionality to work on a rotating system where it move to the next item automatically.

Add ‘Stores’ Link to the top menu - http://motorsporttrade.com/stores.php

Recover banner which is not displaying
