Website redesign

I am looking for a talented website designer to take my website to the next level.
The website is already up and running it is all joomla based templates very easy to work with and a talented designer should be able to complete the work required in a short space of time.
Work needed to be done.
1. Change the back ground colours and add some photos on the following pages Home page, About page, Contact Us Page, FAQ Page, Add booking form page check links to pages and email links.add a terms of service page and add a privacy policy page.
The designer that is awarded the job will have more work available to them for future upgrades at our discretion at this point in time this is a one off job we are working on extremely tight budgets so we are looking at $250.00 New Zealand dollars for the first upgrade of our website the work must be completed in five days and work should start as soon as the bid is completed ,
All bids must have references and portfolios available for viewing this bid is open to all countries The website designer who accepts the bid may wish to change the look of the website to improve it at the agreed price;
The website is about education recruitment so will need pictues based on schools teachers children education related pictures..
