Website Re-designed (Design only)

Website information: Signage manufacturer but also has small online shop
Extra notes: We are looking for someone to re-design our website so we can pass to our web developer. Each page to have connotations where relevant to tell the web developer what needs to happen i.e drop downs.
We need someone who is going to think from a user point of view and totally understand our website and each page.
We are a signage manufacturer who do bespoke metalwork so we need to show each type of signage we make.
I have a design that shows some tweaks to our the website and what we like for the brochure/product pages - I will send this to you when we talk further. We have decided it needs to be completely re-design instead of tweaks. We also have a small online shop which needs to look like a stand alone alone shop but link back to the main website easily. The whole website must flow...We have a customer account area which also has a "sign tracking" area - this needs to look like a great customer dashboard... There is a lot to our website but we need to keep it as simplest and as visual as possible. It must have a great user flow... I have lots of examples to show and would prefer to talk on the phone to discuss once I have got your examples of your portfolio and we think you might be able to help us.
