Website re-design

I need a designer to re-design an existing website. The design must be: modern, simple to use, minimalist, SEO friendly, able to take payments, user friendly, fast, unique and quirky.

The site must work on both desktop and mobile without loss of functionality.

I will only consider designers with a proven track record, portfolio of previous work and are able to think out of the box.

I do not mind if the website is Wordpress or some other format that will work well for the proposition being offered.
