Website Needs Wow Factor

I have a website that "does the job" content-wise but it needs more impact.
I don't want a new concept: just a rework that makes the pages look more engaging.
Things to keep:
1) Keep the colour scheme
2) Keep the Wizard theme and images
3) Keep the content
What to change:
Add more of a "wow" factor to the pages

This should be very simple for anyone with genuine design skills.
