I am looking for a proffessional moch up and redesign of the home page of www.secure-portal.co.uk.
This bid is only for the creating a very professional and expensive looking moch up of my existing website. Showing me what a professionaly looking web 2.0 web site using my content could look like.
I would want to try and keep the flash banner and some of the content. the rest is open to artistic design.
Once I am happy with the design, the winning bidder will be asked to quote for the redesign work.
