Hi - I am locked out of my website and am unable to access and make any amends. It is a wordpress website. Is anyone able to fix this please? Also I have very minor text changes to a couple of dates (I could do if I had access), and a need a pop up box to be removed altogether. Is anyone able to help please? Thank you website is www.raisingracialconsciousness.com **NOTE - I do not have host access/ cannot access the dashboard**

    I believe your WordPress user is not working and the Hosting user would have to come in. As owner of website, I believe you do have access to that, correct?

    I did - I have the admin account and password - I have used these many times and now they are not working. When I go to reset the password, the information is not sent to me and I do not have the details of the person who built the site :(
