Website for a kick scooter business

I need to build a Website for an electric kick-scooter ride-share company. We will need to design a landing page, apart from that I have all the required artwork and data we need to put on the website.

I would like the page to be one flowing site rather than traditional pages.. However, I can consider both.

The website will have, Main landing page, a program page, how-to page, FAQ page, Blog page.. and all the usual legal forms will be attached to it. Towards the end of the page we will need to attach a GIF map.
