Website for a domestic plumbing and heating business

I'm a plumber and gas engineer. i have a website at the moment. what i'm looking for is a website site with around 10 pages. which will include a picture gallery, possibly also showing slideshows of jobs that i have done i'm shortly going to be doing a film of me renovating a bathroom and would like to be included ,advice on search engine would be a bonus and may be to stretch this in the budget that i have. i'm not looking for an all singing and all dancing website but it does need to stand out from the usual boring plain websites that most tradesmens website have. would like to see some examples of peoples work and what you can do for me.

thanks to all who bidded so far. potential bidders/freelancers please feel free to bid even though i have had 67 bids so far i will not be making a hasty decision. and it will be a week at least before i have reviewed each bid and made a decision. PLEASE NOTE bids over my budget will sadly be rejected. sorry but my budget is really tight. also bids offering monthly price will be rejected too.

btw it does look i will going for a cms content web site as this looks the best way to manage the site in future.although i am open to other suggestions it's upto your selling techniques to convince me.
